Supported by the likes of BBC6 Music’s Tom Robinson and Louder Than War Magazine, Vile Assembly released their controversial Donald Trump baiting last single ‘Last Century Man‘ earlier this year. A blistering rallying cry against careerist politicians, corporate culture and the worldwide exploitation of those most vulnerable. The track takes an uncompromising aim at politics, religion and the establishment through raw and infectious Punk Rock, showing Vile Assembly at their most vitriolic. Infectiously melodic with huge guitars and a great hook underpinning Mason’s unique and stirring vocals, ‘Last Century Man’ is out now. Watch the video here: https://youtu.be/pQVJAT7TuKs
With a pulverising set at Liverpool Sound City festival in the Spring, followed by an unmissable single launch at District swiftly after, Vile Assembly have ear-marked themselves out as one of the city’s must-see new acts, with Getintothis declaring: “A Vile Assembly gig is a punch in the stomach. And it’s hit us pretty hard tonight. We weren’t quite expecting that.”
If Johnny Rotten’s anger became his energy, VILE ASSEMBLY are using truth as their weapon of choice. Vile Assembly are a band for our times, their message is progressive, positive and too loud to ignore!
Standby for new single ‘Propaganda’ very soon….
