As they approach their 20th anniversary, The Horrors have unveiled their sixth studio album, Night Life, set for release on 21st March 2025 via Fiction Records. This marks their first album in eight years, following 2017’s V.
The current lineup features founding members Faris Badwan (vocals) and Rhys Webb (bass), alongside newcomers Amelia Kidd (keys) and Jordan Cook (drums). The album was produced by Yves Rothman, known for his work with Yves Tumor and Blondshell.
Night Life is described as a “record of weight and space, of melancholy and euphoria,” exploring introspective themes that emerge under the cover of darkness. The lead single, “The Silence That Remains,” exemplifies this mood with its haunting melodies and atmospheric depth.
To support the album, The Horrors have announced a UK and Ireland tour for November 2025:
- 21st November: The Crossing, Birmingham
- 23rd November: Chalk, Brighton
- 24th November: Y Plas, Cardiff
- 25th November: QMU, Glasgow
- 26th November: Project House, Leeds
- 28th November: New Century Hall, Manchester
- 29th November: O2 Forum, London
Tickets are available via the horrors official store.
Night Life is available for pre-order in various formats, including a limited edition pastel pink and black LP, exclusively through Blood Records.
