We Are Scientists return after a festival-fuelled summer, for a mammoth UK tour in October and November, stopping off at O2 Academy2 Oxford and Arts Club Liverpool

With over 10 years creating and releasing music, We Are Scientists have built up a huge fan base. Meeting through a love of stand-up comedy, the band are known for chucking a comedy skit in between their tunes, such as crowd favourites ‘The Great Escape’, ‘After Hours’ and ‘Nobody Move, Nobody Get Hurt’.
The New York based troupe will be stopping at 24 cities across the country within one month, and diverting from the usual stomping ground with shows in Holmfirth, Falmoth and Guildford. The live dates mark the release of We Are Scientist’s fifth studio album Helter Skeltzer, named after the music genre the group created to describe their sound.
The boys were reunited with ex-keyboard player Max Hart on the new album, who had taken time out to assist Katy Perry fill stadiums around the globe. With Max back in the fold, We Are Scientists will be treating audiences to their new pop polished sound, as well as their more chaotic indie tendenciesfrom their back catalogue.
