The line-up for this summer’s Greenwich Music Time, which takes place at the world heritage-listed Old Royal Naval College in July, is now complete as the organisers have confirmed that English singer-songwriter David Gray will perform on Friday July 8th.
Gray, whose 1998 album White Ladder was one of the biggest-selling UK releases of the 2000s and propelled him to international superstardom, joins a varied list of high-profile acts already announced to perform at the event including Croatian classical-rock duo 2CELLOS, Grammy-winning jazz star Jamie Cullum, blues virtuoso Joe Bonamassa, 70s art-pop giants 10cc and British soul and R&B singer Seal.
Now in its third year, Greenwich Music Time is widely regarded as one of the leading events on the live music calendar which sees an array of international acts perform against the stunning backdrop of Christopher Wren’s Old Royal Naval College on the banks of the river Thames. Previous headliners have included the likes of Ray Davies, Tom Jones, Jools Holland, George Benson and Goldfrapp.
