Fresh out of a successful second year, bluedot – the unique festival at Jodrell Bank Observatory that fuses music, science, arts and culture – has today announced its 2018 dates and ticket pre-sale.
Next year’s bluedot festival will take place on 20 – 22nd July promising another stratospheric weekend under the shadow of the famous Lovell Telescope.
Following a phenomenal response to bluedot 2017, those interested in the three-day festival of discovery can now sign up for pre-sale tickets and gain exclusive access to purchase, from 10am on Tuesday 18th July.
Creative Director, Ben Robinson, said: “We have been overwhelmed with the love shown for bluedot following its second edition last weekend. The community of people that have come together in a unique celebration of music, science, art and culture is truly spectacular.
“We are excitedly planning next years festival and look forward to welcoming everyone back to bluedot for another weekend of discovery.”
bluedot 2017 saw thousands of revellers descend on Jodrell Bank to see headliners PIXIES, Orbital and Alt-J, next year’s line up will be announced spring 2018.
