Next Wave Of Acts Announced For FIB Benicàssim 2017
Joining headliners Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Weeknd, Kasabian and Foals, FIB Benicàssim Festival announces the next wave of acts to perform over the weekend, taking place on July 13 – 16 in Benicàssim, Spain. Tickets are available now at fiberfib.com and Ticketmaster.

Masked DJ Deadmau5 will perform an electric co-headline set alongside the previously announced Foals. Known for producing some of the biggest dance tracks from the past decade such as ‘Snowcone’, ‘Strobe’, and ‘Ghosts ‘n’ Stuff’, the six-time Grammy Award nominee brings his exciting new electronic live set in a Spanish Festival Exclusive to the Mediterranean coast this summer.

With recent No.1 album Gang Signs & Prayer dominating charts, British grime superstar Stormzy is unquestionably the hottest solo act in the world, and will be making his Benicàssim debut this summer. With a huge fourteen tracks from his album in the charts upon release, the man of the moment will embark on an entirely sold out UK tour before making his way to Benicàssim for a truly unforgettable performance.

Following the success of their latest album Everything Is My Family, Crystal Fighters will be bringing the carnival to Benicàssim with a psychedelic set filled with euphoric anthems ‘Love Is All I Got’, ‘At Home’ and ‘All Night’.

Joining the already announced Liam Gallagher, Blossoms and RIDE for an unmissable indie experience, the iconic Libertines frontman Peter Doherty will make his return to Benicàssim for a legendary rock’n’roll solo performance. Mancunian favourites Courteeners will be joining the iconic line up with singalong festival hits ‘Not Nineteen Forever’, ‘Bide Your Time’ and ‘Are You In Love With a Notion?’

Benicàssim will become the ultimate dance destination this summer as Kaytranada showcases his genre-defying album 99.9% in a rare live festival appearance. Winner of Best New Act at this year’s NME Awards, Dua Lipa will be bringing her catchy pop with tunes ‘Be The One’ and ‘Hotter Than Hell’. Other monumental live performances will  come from the left-field electronic maestro behind hits ‘Love$ick’ and ‘Firefly’, Mura Masa, Icelandic bluesy folk quartet Kaleo, Australia’s finest electro-pop outfit RÜFÜS, and indie-rebel Declan McKenna.

Also making an appearance at Spain’s hottest festival this summer are Dublin’s extraordinary James Vincent McMorrow; whose past year has seen him play sold out shows worldwide, North London’s pop four-piece Theme Park, the unique dub, krautrock and psychedelic pop sound of husband and wife duo Peaking Lights, Chicago’s garage-slackers Twin Peaks and teenage angst trio Sunflower Bean.

Granada’s legendary Los Planetas will be showcasing their hotly anticipated new album Espiritu Olimpico, whilst massive singalongs are to be expected from Love Of Lesbian off the back of their latest, No.1 album El Poeta Halley, Spain’s hottest new band Belako, and the incredible digital warrior Mykki Blanco.

More acts for all stages to be announced soon.
