More Acts Announced for Festival No.6 including Irvine Welsh and Adam Buxtons BUG
We are delighted to reveal more additions to the No.6 Arts, Culture & Comedy programme. Returning again, Irvine Welsh will be talking about Trainspotting and Acid House, Kevin Allen on Tin Town (the eagerly awaited sequel to Twin Town), iconic French musician Jean-Claude Vannier rescoring Serge Gainsbourg (live), the brilliant Maxine Peake curating her own stage – Peaky’s Parlour, Adam Buxton’s BUG: David Bowie Special, panelist extraordinaire Henning Wehn, Charlotte Church in conversation, Goldie with Mary Anne Hobbs, Steve Davis, Ian Martin, Diane Morgan, Simon Armitage, and many more, and of course the return of the Brythoniaid Welsh Male Voice Choir and the magical Heliosphere.
They will be joining The Flaming Lips, Bloc Party and Mogwai and a very special 50th anniversary celebration of Sgt. Peppers from Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra and The Bootleg Beatles.
