Kitty Daisy & Lewis play their first Liverpool show in five years
Kitty Daisy & Lewis

Their first Liverpool show in five years, sibling trio Kitty Daisy & Lewis bring their genre spanning mixture of R n’ B, country, soul to Leaf on Bold Street in February 2016.

Travelling the globe in support of their most recent LP The Third issued in March, the set scored impressive reviews, with Clash describing the album as an ‘unequivocal triumph, standing boldly as their most diverse, beguiling and impressive release to date’.

Produced by the legendary Mick Jones, who effectively became an additional band member during the writing and recording process, the LP showcases KDL’s eclectic sound palate, a heady concoction of roots music with a modern edge.

Signed to BBC Radio One DJ Rob Da Bank’s Sunday Best label, the Durham siblings are joined onstage by their parents Graeme Durham and Ingrid Weiss on guitar and double-bass respectively.

A raucous, highly acclaimed live act, the band’s recent sold out gig at the Camden Electric Ballroom scooped a four star review in Artrocker.
