GEMMA HAYES has shared the bewitching new video for her current single Palomino ahead of the second leg of her UK & Ireland shows – watch BELOW
Directed by Babysweet (Sivu, Fyfe, Circa Waves) and filmed in Hackney Wick, the video features a magnificent horse called Darcy, who is, of course, a Palomino.Palomino is taken from Gemma Hayes’ critically acclaimed fifth album, Bones + Longing, available now from https://gemmahayes.
Gemma recently completed the first leg of her UK tour, including a Cardiff show which received a glowing review in the South Wales Echo, who said “her ability to draw you into her world leaves you hanging on every word.…it seems pretty unbelievable that an artist of her calibre isn’t selling out arenas”. The tour continues later this month.
Gemma Hayes and her full live touring band will now set their sights on two Scottish dates in June at Edinburgh Electric Circus (12th) & Glasgow Oran Mor (13th) as well as an intimate show at Dublin Whelan‘s before a festival appearance at theKillarney Festival at the end of the month (28th). The tour dates come to a end with a final one-off date at Corsham’s Pound Arts Centre next month (July 10th).
